		<description>PLindsey, thanks for your comment. Unfortunately this happens a lot. The best thing to do is to write a small letter to your region with the clubs name and the team name if possible. You shouldn&#039;t write the club because a lot of clubs like to keep that kind of stuff in house and not do anything about it. This past weekend I was coaching my 15s club team and the bench directly behind us was a 12s team and they had what looked to be a 20 year old coach screaming at them and it made me very uncomfortable just watching those girls react to her. I just finished my letter and sent it off, something I&#039;ve never done until today. (P.S. make sure you only write letters sparingly, they lose their effectiveness if someone has to open a letter from you every week. lol) </description>
